12 hours (11 working hours + 1 hour break)
Key Responsibilities
Apartment Common Areas:
Perform daily cleaning duties for residential common spaces, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and amenities.
Thorough
sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
of all floor surfaces.
Dusting
furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
Cleaning glass, doors, and touchpoints.
Parking Area:
Maintain the cleanliness of the building's underground parking facilities.
Regular sweeping and upkeep of the parking floors and ramps.
Clearing litter and debris from parking spaces and common paths.
Maintenance:
Ensure cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained in good working order.
Standards:
Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards set by the management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience:
Proven experience as a cleaner, housekeeping attendant, or in a similar manual labor role is preferred.
Physical Fitness:
Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, lift, and perform cleaning duties for the full duration of the shift (11 hours).
Reliability:
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to the 1-year contract are essential.
Communication:
Ability to follow instructions and communicate basic information effectively.
