Bloomfields Holiday Homes is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Cleaning Attendant

with a hospitality background to join our Housekeeping Team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all holiday home units are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, delivering a comfortable and exceptional guest experience. A professional demeanor, respect for guest privacy, and time efficiency are essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of apartments after guest check-out, ensuring all areas meet Bloomfields' cleanliness and presentation standards. Clean occupied apartments during guest stays, with care and respect for guest belongings and privacy. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or potential hazards immediately to the Guest Care Team. Identify and report any lost and found items according to company procedures. Replenish bathroom and kitchen amenities, linens, and other guest essentials as per inventory guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas. Follow health and safety procedures, including use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of cleaning chemicals. Maintain positive communication with other departments (Operations, Guest Services, Maintenance) for smooth operations. Adhere to daily cleaning schedules and ensure time-efficient service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality (hotel, serviced apartments, or holiday homes). Good knowledge of cleaning practices, products, and procedures. Basic understanding of English (spoken and written) required; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong attention to detail. Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks across multiple apartments. Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of guest privacy and personal belongings. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per business needs.
