TheCleaner / Housekeeping Attendant must follow the direction of his / her immediate Supervisor and operate in accordance with the Company Policy. As a Housekeeping Attendant you are responsible for daily assigned duties as instructed by Supervisors while adhering to company policies and procedures and your role will include key responsibilities such as: \xc2\xb7 Receive work assignment, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key logbook accurately. \xc2\xb7 Clean rooms and bathrooms, performing any combination of the following duties. \xc2\xb7 Keep fire exits and stair ways clear of any obstruction. \xc2\xb7 Check and report any maintenance work required immediately. \xc2\xb7 Pick up any litter from villas. \xc2\xb7 Vacuum carpet and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays, and wastebaskets. \xc2\xb7 Make bed, wash sink, bathtub, toilet, tiles, mirrors and floor and polish brass and metal. \xc2\xb7 Replenish bathroom supplies and room supplies. \xc2\xb7 Tidy and arrange neatly guest toilet articles on vanity top and spot cleans carpet when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Clean the villas internal and external areas as identified by the company and the checklist provided. \xc2\xb7 Clean and keep the guest corridors, service pantries and service areas neat and tidy at all times. \xc2\xb7 Remove Room Service tray and trolley from guestroom and corridors. \xc2\xb7 Ensure consistently high operating standards in every area of Housekeeping, as identified by the company standards. \xc2\xb7 Provide excellent guest service. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Cleaning villas before guest check-in, mid-stay and after departure. \xc2\xb7 Making beds following the international standards and training provided. \xc2\xb7 Replacing dirty linens and towels. \xc2\xb7 Restocking guestroom amenities like toiletries, drinking glasses, and room amenities. \xc2\xb7 Removing garbage, recycling, and room service trays. \xc2\xb7 Organizing and stocking housekeeping carts. \xc2\xb7 Notifying the maintenance department about broken appliances, or damage. \xc2\xb7 Upholding the company\xe2\x80\x99s confidentiality and security standards. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all common areas including but not limited to roads, walkways, streets are clean at all times. \xc2\xb7 Collect windblown litters daily from the roads, pavements, and walkways. \xc2\xb7 Ensure Garbage is collected daily from villas and disposed in the common Garbage room. \xc2\xb7 Sweeps, mops, polishes, vacuums floors and other carpeted areas \xc2\xb7 Empty common waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designates collection points. \xc2\xb7 Ensure to dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, windowsills external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves, and fitments. \xc2\xb7 Replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) if required within the contract. \xc2\xb7 Ensure to clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, baths, showers and drinking fountains. \xc2\xb7 Maintain the general cleanliness and maintenance of assigned area and site; to be attentive to details. \xc2\xb7 Performs all cleaning aspects of halls, offices, boardrooms, restrooms, pantry, external common areas, villas, apartments as well as washes walls, glass windows, upholstered furniture, and window coverings. \xc2\xb7 Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities. \xc2\xb7 Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects. \xc2\xb7 Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs. \xc2\xb7 Carry out any tasks as instructed by the line managers. \xc2\xb7 Pressure washes all external areas including roads, pavements etc. \xc2\xb7 Clean streetlight poles, Fire hydrants and external signages.
