Job Description

Responsible for the delivery of the cleaning and waste removal service in accordance with the soft services standards as directed. Operate mechanical floor cleaners and polishers. Learn and assist with the pest control program. Provide active participation in team work and work accomplishment. Contribute to promote safe environment within the buildings and areas for all end-users. Maintain the appropriate standards of hygiene, uniform, appearance, posture and conduct of the housekeeping staff. Must follow the Rules and Regulations of the department and contribute to the safety of the housekeepers at work. Appraise one's own output and participate in the departmental and external training programmes to gain more knowledge Maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally. Works co-operatively with customers/stakeholders, maintaining regular, consistent and clear communications.
