Supervise and manage cleaning staff across assigned sites
Ensure all cleaning activities meet
INFRADEF quality and HSE standards
Prepare duty rosters, assign daily tasks, and monitor attendance
Conduct regular site inspections and report findings
Ensure correct use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and PPE
Train cleaning staff on procedures, safety, and quality requirements
Coordinate with site management and report incidents or issues
Maintain proper documentation and daily reports
Job Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years experience
as a Cleaner Supervisor (Facilities Management background preferred)
Good knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and safety procedures
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage manpower efficiently
Basic reporting and coordination skills
Experience in UAE facilities management is an advantage
