To maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized office environment ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of all employees and visitors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform daily cleaning of office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, corridors, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors.
Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, washbasins, and pantry areas.
Dust furniture, equipment, shelves, and fixtures.
Empty and dispose of trash from all bins regularly.
Ensure cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and partitions.
Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and request supplies when needed.
Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions.
Prepare meeting rooms before and after use (cleaning, organizing chairs, etc.).
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Assist in basic office support tasks when required (serving tea/coffee, arranging office materials, etc.).
Working Hours: As per company policy.

Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and chemicals.
Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
Attention to detail and time management skills.
Honest, reliable, and punctual.
