Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible, attentive, and proactive Cleaner / Bus Supervisor to support the daily operations of the school. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment on campus and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students during school transportation.

Key Responsibilities:Cleaning & Campus Support:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of classrooms, corridors, offices, restrooms, and common areas. Ensure cleaning tasks are completed according to the daily, weekly, and term cleaning schedules. Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and correctly. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor. Support school events and activities by preparing and cleaning designated areas as required.
Bus Supervision & Student Safety:

Supervise students during bus arrival and departure times. Ensure students board and exit the bus safely and in an orderly manner. Monitor student behavior on the bus and report any concerns to school management. Assist younger students as needed while boarding or leaving the bus. Coordinate with bus drivers to ensure adherence to school safety procedures and schedules.
Health, Safety & Compliance:

Follow all school health, safety, and safeguarding policies at all times. Ensure hygiene standards are maintained in line with school and regulatory requirements. Participate in safety briefings and training when required.
Daily Operations:

Complete assigned duties efficiently and on time. Work collaboratively with other support staff and supervisors. Maintain a professional, respectful, and caring approach with students, staff, and parents.
Qualifications & Skills (Optional):

Previous experience as a cleaner, bus supervisor, or similar support role (school experience preferred). Basic understanding of hygiene, safety, and cleaning procedures. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning and supervision duties. Trustworthy, punctual, and committed to student safety and wellbeing.

Pay: From AED1,850.00 per month
