Job Overview:
Alif Ya Nursery in Dubai is looking for an
experienced and passionate Classroom Teacher
who isfluent in Classical Arabic
and holds anNCFE CACHE Level 3 certification
in Early Years Education. The ideal candidate will provide ahigh-quality Arabic learning experience
, ensuring children develop strong linguistic and cognitive skills in a nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an engaging
Arabic language curriculum
that fosters children's development.-Implement
interactive learning activities
that encourage curiosity and creativity.-Address
individual learning needs
, ensuring an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere.-Communicate effectively with
parents
regarding their child's progress.-Ensure the
safety and well-being
of children at all times.-Maintain
compliance with UAE early childhood education standards
.-Participate in
continuous professional development
to enhance teaching techniques.-Organize and lead
cultural and educational events
aligned with the nursery's mission.Qualifications & Skills:

NCFE CACHE Level 3 certification
in Early Years Education (mandatory).-
At least 2 years of experience
in nursery or kindergarten teaching.-
Fluent in Classical Arabic
(spoken and written).-Strong
child-focused teaching approach
using modern educational techniques.-Excellent
organizational and communication skills
.-Knowledge of
UAE childcare laws and best practices
.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to AED6,500.00 per month
