Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England (KS1-KS5, depending on role).
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve their best in an inclusive learning environment.
  • Implement evidence-informed teaching practices and innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching standards across the school.
  • Contribute to whole-school initiatives and uphold the values of ambition, responsibility, courage, integrity, empathy, and fortitude.
  • Support student development both academically and personally.
Ideal Profile
  • Recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent).
  • Experience teaching the National Curriculum for England at Primary or Secondary levels.
  • Strong subject knowledge with proven success in delivering outstanding outcomes.
