Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Arabic curriculum effectively with accurate subject knowledge.
• Plan and deliver quality lessons, catering to different learning styles and abilities.
• Maintain accurate records including year plans, attendance, and assessments.
• Set, mark, and assess student work, reporting on progress and attainment.
• Differentiate teaching for students with varied needs including ESL, low academic ability, and gifted learners.
• Integrate technology and media into classroom practice.
• Promote student progress, well-being, and cultural awareness.
• Communicate regularly with parents and keep them informed of student development.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum design, resources, and teaching strategies.
• Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and co-curricular programmes.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and encourage self-discipline.
• Contribute to school initiatives, committees, and professional development programmes.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Arabic or related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years' proven teaching experience.
• Strong classroom management skills with ability to differentiate instruction.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into lessons.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and reflective teaching.
