| POSITION SUMMARY Reports directly to the Move Manager and Assistant Move Manager. The Class Instructor & Personal Trainer (CI & PT) is primarily responsible for leading, instructing, and motivating TB individual Members and groups in exercise activities to reach their wellness goals throughout the transformational journey. CI & PT is a great creator, plans unique classes, and communicates a set of moves for a class to follow. Provides innovative and TB-specific exercises during classes or workouts that are adjusted to the level of skills and fitness of the group. Is equipped with TB Experience Procedure knowledge to provide caring and detailed advice or suggestions. Recognizes mental and physical limitations that might affect the motivation level and current approach towards workouts. With special care, gives out praise for the smallest accomplishments and mentors individuals in their life-changing experiences. Always focused on what matters, which is the satisfaction level of each Member. Has an authentic drive for wellness, fitness, and health as well as encourages TB Members /Teams to be the best possible version of themselves. This intends to highlight the most critical areas of responsibility only and does not cover all aspects of the position. | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
  • Warmly welcomes and engages with TB Members. Supports in determining the services and needs. Takes notes of health conditions to define appropriate programs and provide suggestions.
  • Ensures maximum satisfaction of Members through a personalized approach and recognition while delivering requested services.
  • Executes different moves following trends and new techniques that are specific to TB\'s culture, values, and mission.
  • Assists in the creation of ongoing in-house promotions and activities to stimulate sales and customers.
  • Exhibits a professional attitude, diplomacy, and ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Executes gracious front desk procedures in the booking and handling of customers.
  • Adheres to compensation guidelines for customer complaint handling. Records and resolves complaints and involves the right managerial level to decide on the best-agreed solution.
  • Complies with Sport & Fitness and TB Experience Procedures.
| ADMINISTRATION
  • Facilitates any administrative tasks related to the front desk, TB tours, signing up new TB Members, and scheduling training sessions.
  • Evaluates Member\'s personal goals, skills, and fitness level and builds personalized packages and training programs.
  • Monitors Members exercises and progress, improves conducted activities\' techniques to enhance program outcomes.
  • Suggests and develops a strong menu of services with exceptional scientific, artistic, and aesthetic values.
  • Assists in any audit being carried out by Move Manager / Move Assistant Manager.
| INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Ascertains a high degree of anticipation and maintains a Net Promoter Score as well as promotes a professional image to the internal and external Members. Monitors customer satisfaction with surveys, focus groups, and comment cards.
  • Develops and delivers credible, competitive, value-plus services and classes to the customer.
  • Provides a clear and concise description of classes, programs, machines, facilities, and Tracks to recommend an appropriate follow-up plan.
  • Increases awareness of TB App, and continually suggests enrollment to potential new Members. Ensures that the digital platform is fully utilized as intended.
  • Performs fresh, effective programs, classes, and exercises to retain and grow customer base consistently.
  • Performs any reasonable task required that might be outside the job scope in the spirit of collaboration.
| SUSTAINED LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
  • Attends regular staff meetings to keep up to date on all aspects of the Gym & Fitness\xe2\x80\x99 operation on a monthly or daily basis.
  • Assists in induction and refresher training under the direction of Move Manager / Assistant Move Manager.
  • Supports employees during the onboarding period and assists in the execution of post-training assessments for new joiners.
  • Participates in TB training sessions and implements ongoing skills training to ensure service standards are being upheld.
  • Recommends and explains offerings across TB to Members by maintaining a high level of products, services, treatments, and program knowledge.
  • Consistently develops and grows sales through training, tools, and monitoring.
  • Maximizes opportunities for self-development to upgrade his/her knowledge and skills by actively participating in TB internal and external initiatives and App.
  • Suggests an enhancement of existing Experience Procedures, searches of possibilities for further growth, and efficiency of Move.
| SAFETY
  • Complies with all Health & Safety regulations while performing daily duties at all times.
  • Upholds the standards of sterilization and hygiene as directed by Law and TB Experience Procedures.
  • Performs routine checks on cleanliness, hygiene, and functionality of operational equipment.
  • Monitors proper care and professional usage of all Gym equipment.
  • Takes responsibility for reporting any hazard and executes required actions.
  • Maintains a high level of personal hygiene, seeks feedback on areas of shortfall and supports Team in complying with the Grooming procedure.
  • Communicates internally needs that relate to equipment and technical service requests.
  • Records and updates the occurrence of Engineering and Maintenance issues.
  • Possesses full knowledge of emergency procedures and performs expected behavior.
| POSITION REQUIREMENTS | EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Candidate with Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Sports Science/Education/Kinesiology is at an advantage.
  • A qualified candidate should have a proven track record of a minimum of three to six years of experience in a senior class instructor and floor training role, with demonstrable results and exceptional communication skills.
  • Required Skills: Coaching, Outcome-Based Program Design, Team Management, Organizational, Relational & Emotional, and IT skills.
  • Essential Qualifications: Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist along with a minimum of 2 other specialization/certificates (such as Transformation, Corrective Exercise, et. from NASM, ISSA, AFA, ACE, etc.), CPR/First Aid are essential.
  • Must have knowledge of current sport & fitness trends in the industry.
  • Must be willing to add value to enhance health, safety, and productivity as well as maintain TB to thrive on being a smoke-free workplace.
  • Passionate about Sport & Exercise Science, Holistic Wellness, and keen to continually keep learning.
  • Experienced in being an integral point of contact for esteemed Bridge customers.
  • Able to guide, support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as The Bridge members to ensure success.
