Claims Executive Pharmacy
Job Description
We are looking for Claims Executive - Pharmacy
oCandidate should hold a Pharm D, B.Pharm /D.Pharm Degree
oMinimum 2 - 5 years' Experience in Medical Insurance TPA /Insurance industry or Pharmacy within UAE.
oAdjudication of pharmacy prior authorization requests received in accordance with policy TOB and issuing approvals within TAT by ensuring prior authorization protocols.
oAccurate usage of denial codes in request denials with proper remarks which is easily understandable by the service provider.
oRespond to pharmacy provider calls in professional manner and clarify the queries related with submissions
oClaims processing and Claims review as allocated by Claims Manager.
oExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
oArabic speaker is an added advantage
oData analytical skills
oProficiency in MS office
