Claims Executive - Flexible Location We are Marsh Commercial, a diverse community of colleagues, serving a diverse community of clients with insurance, risk management and employee health and benefits advice and solutions.This position can be located anywhere in the UK, the successful individual will have the opportunity to split their working week between both a physical Marsh Commercial office and remote working.Claims Executive - Flexible Location Working with Branch Directors / Claims Managers ensuring claims management across the company is adding value and is seen as an integral part of the client service proposition.The role will include Claims Executive responsibilities for specific clients/claims and supporting branches with new business tenders where claims delivery/service is key to success.What can you expectYou can expect to work within a fast paced specialized team supporting a number of high profile clientsThis role can be either office based or mixed remote/office based offering you the opportunity and flexibility to work within a specialized team from the comfort of your own home.Once normal travelling is permitted, there will be an element of client visits and branch visits involved with this positionWhat you will be rewarded withWe offer competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits.We also support programmes including: health & welfare, tuition assistance, pension, employee assistance program, career mobility, employee network groups and volunteer opportunities.We will rely on you to:Being nominated claims executive for agreed clients and supporting local account management teams in the wider retention of such clientsAttending prospect/client presentations - to articulate our services and positioning yourself as the client's claims execFor larger cases, claims process re-engineering/health check for new clients and at renewal - review of processes for all or key classesImplement claims audit processes - culture of challenging claims reserves directly with insurersSetting and management of performance of Insurer KPIsManagement of the provision of Claims MI/analysis - working with appropriate resources to ensure an effective process and that reports are being issued in a timely manner'Regular claims reviews with clients and insurers - discussion of near misses, complaints, analysis, procedures/KPIs etcSupplier audit/management - for example TPAs and insurersClient liaison on specific large claims and being involved in repudiations and/or reservation of rights in conjunction with branch account management teamsPromotion of Marsh Commercial Claims Consultancy on large and complex claimsSupport in terms of training - such as tool box talks/MOJ reforms, claims awareness and education as to agreed procedures etcProduction of documentation such as input for NB reports, claims manuals and claims proceduresWhat you need to have:Demonstrable experience of working in a similar Claims Executive capacity and taking ownership of similar responsibilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with previous client facing experience.Strong negotiation and influencing skillsStrong organisational and planning skillsStrong personal drive and results orientationCert CII preferred, but not essential.What makes you stand out:Claims Risk/AnalyticsCert CIIAbout us is the world's leading insurance broker and risk adviser.
