KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Consultant Design Drawing Development Architectural/Structural Modeling Contractor Shop Drawing Preparing for All Concrete Member like Wall, Column, Beam, Foundation, Bridges, Staircase, Retaining Wall, Concrete Slabs, Core/Shear Walls, Helipad, Pile Foundation, Airport Structures and Utilities Structures Rebar Detailing and Estimation Building Estimation and Concrete Quantity Survey Concrete Foam Work for All Concrete Member Preparing All Views like Plan, Section, Elevation Develop BIM Model as per BEP Standards and coordinate with corresponding discipline. Familiar with Family creation. Familiar working in BIM 360 KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE: BIM/Drafting Skill Computer Skill Collaboration Skill Attention to Details Communication Skill Revit, Navis work, AutoCAD EDUCATION AND TRAINING: 5- 7 years experience & 4+ years of minimum GCC experience Vertical: Engineering
