Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution.

Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and in compliance with the highest quality standards and project specifications.

Prepare professional and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), with proven experience in quantity surveying and estimation.

Oversee daily site operations in a structured and professional manner, ensuring workflow efficiency, quick resolution of on-site issues, and full compliance with plans and specifications through continuous inspections.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Prepare and review shop drawings to support high-standard execution of works on site.

Contribute innovative ideas, provide recommendations, and negotiate project details with team members and subcontractors while closely monitoring their performance.

Review and validate engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications.

Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and stakeholders to optimize design solutions and construction strategies.

Professionally manage the handover and inspection process for all completed works.

Prepare final accounts and reconcile subcontractor payments in coordination with relevant departments.

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other local authority regulations, including acquiring necessary permits and coordinating inspections as required.

Manage project documentation such as daily reports, progress reports, material submittals, method statements, and site instructions in coordination with the Project Manager.

Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services aligned with the project schedule and quality standards.

Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel, in line with UAE HSE regulations.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and finishing teams to ensure proper sequencing of activities and minimize delays or conflicts between trades.

Participate in technical meetings and progress reviews with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing updates on project status and technical challenges.

Review and verify subcontractors' interim payment applications based on actual work progress and ensure accuracy in measurements and valuations.

Support value engineering processes to optimize cost without compromising functionality, safety, or quality.

Assist in contract administration tasks, including monitoring variations, claims, and extension of time (EOT) requests.

Any other assignments related to the nature of the job assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in site supervision and construction project management.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
