Report To Position Name
controlling the preventive and corrective maintenance processes of the civil infrastructures' network assets, in both aspects; technically and the commercially. Facilitate the access and core networks maintaining the healthy operation and optimum capacity, and to allow the network technology upgrading and expansions. Utilize and governance effectively and efficiently of all the external and internal resources i.e. (budgets, POs., .etc.), to enhance the access and core network civil infrastructure's performance. Ensure day-to-day network operations run smoothly and take actions that are in line with Etisalat's values & vision, to maximize network sites availability KPIs. E2E governance control over the network assets dismantling and return process to Etisalat's stores. Assessment of the new project business cases feasibility technically and commercially. Performance governance of all the section KPIs. Both internally with the teams and externally with PMO and internal customers.Dashboard presentation preparation to top management in monthly basis
