Preparation and development of renovation and conversion projects, including complete project documentation. Tasks may vary from design planning to on-site construction activities, with significant coordination required with clients and contractors during the design stage.
Preparation and calculation of project offers, including both fixed-price and cost-estimated proposals.
Supervision of construction projects, acting as a client advisor and ensuring quality control of completed work.
Providing technical guidance to operations staff related to maintenance activities and operational challenges.
Making technical decisions within approved project budgets and financial limits.
Handling technical correspondence and briefings with clients.
Reviewing and evaluating technical documentation prepared by other parties.
Developing, updating and maintaining internal procedures and technical manuals.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of fire safety and fire prevention in construction will be considered an advantage.
Understanding of foundation systems is an advantage.
Broad experience in construction or construction project management is preferred.
Experience from additional construction-related fields is an advantage.
Ability to communicate professionally in Danish and English at a technical level.
Good IT skills, including MS Office and Adobe Acrobat; experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
Valid driving license for passenger vehicles.
