Job Description

Civil Technician - Short : Supports civil engineering projects by performing site inspections, surveying, drafting, and assisting in the construction and maintenance of infrastructure such as roads, buildings, and drainage systems. Ensures work aligns with technical drawings and project specifications.

MEP Technician - Short : Handles the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in buildings. Responsible for ensuring integrated functionality across HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and plumbing systems as per design and safety standards.

BMS Operator - Short : Monitors and controls the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure efficient operation of HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and security systems. Performs system diagnostics, routine checks, and responds to alarms to maintain building automation and energy efficiency
