Job Description

Post: Civil Technical Officer (Urgently required)

JOB DESCRIPTION



Overall responsibility include the following:

- Prepare all projects tender's requirement (Calculate quantities, pricing, estimation, etc.).

- Provide all project's required submissions (Technical submittals, shop drawings, RFI''s, Method of statements, Interim payments applications, ..etc.).

- Compliance with consultant's technical comments.

- Apply for all needed submissions to the Authorities (DM, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, etc.).

- Conduct periodic meetings with the projects managers to follow up with their requirements.

- Monitor and control projects budget, cash flow to highlight any scope creep.

- Prepare As-built drawings and collect manuals from the subcontractors and all necessary documents for handing over stage of the project.

- Compose official and contractual letters to the consultant and clients as needed.

Required:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering with at least 3 -5 yrs experienced in construction companies
