. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land and structural surveys, interpreting drawings, setting out construction sites, and ensuring alignment with engineering and architectural plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate
site surveys
and
setting out
for high-rise structures.
Verify and interpret construction plans, drawings, and elevations.
Use instruments such as
Total Station, GPS, Auto Level
, and
Theodolites
.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
Monitor and record site levels and coordinates.
Prepare
daily site reports
and
as-built drawings
.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Assist in resolving on-site technical issues related to measurements or layouts.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of UAE experience
in high-rise building construction.
Strong knowledge of
surveying tools
and
CAD software
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
,
MS Office
, and surveying software.
Excellent understanding of
construction layouts
and
technical drawings
.
Valid UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
