Job Title: Civil Supervisor (Gulf Region)

Salary: 4,000 AED per month (All-Inclusive, based on experience)

Experience: Minimum 5+ years as a Civil Supervisor (essential experience in the Gulf/GCC region is highly preferred)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Civil Supervisor

to join our site management team. The ideal candidate will have robust practical experience in all facets of civil construction, a proven track record of managing site activities efficiently, and a deep understanding of safety standards within the Gulf region. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring project execution adheres to specifications, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management & Supervision:

Directly supervise all on-site civil works, including earthworks, concrete pouring, formwork, steel fixing, blockwork, plastering, and finishing activities. Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor daily progress against the project schedule and report any potential delays or issues to the Project Manager.

Quality & Safety:

Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on site. Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks to ensure a safe working environment. Inspect materials received and workmanship to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.

Team & Resource Management:

Manage and coordinate the activities of foremen, skilled laborers, and subcontractors. Optimize the use of labor, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity. Maintain daily site records, labor attendance, material consumption, and progress logs.

Communication:

Serve as a key link between the Project Manager and the site labor force. Coordinate with other supervisors and trades to ensure smooth workflow integration.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

Minimum

5+ years

of progressive experience as a Civil Supervisor, with a significant portion gained working on construction projects within the

Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman).

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, methods, materials, and quality control procedures.

Leadership:

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse site workforce.

Compliance:

Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices in the Gulf region.

Soft Skills:

Excellent command of English (both written and verbal). Proficiency in Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a significant advantage.

Visa/NOC:

Must be currently residing in the Gulf region or possess the necessary documentation to relocate/transfer.
