Civil/Structural Site Supervisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards. We welcome candidates who are detail-oriented, committed to quality, and ready to take on the challenges of civil /structural site supervision.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor civil/structural works on-site. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Inspect work quality and ensure project timelines are met. Travel between project sites as required.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering . 1-2 years of experience in civil/structural site supervision. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Valid driving licence (mandatory).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Benefits
