Civil Site Supervisor
Job Description
The Civil Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations on civil construction sites, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. This role involves supervising site workers, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients, and maintaining effective site documentation.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site.
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
Plan and organize site activities, ensuring efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and clients to resolve technical or design issues.
4-8 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
Food, accommodation, employment visa, health insurance & company tickets will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,200.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
