Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site civil and interior fit-out activities to ensure timely and quality execution. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors for smooth daily operations. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with site regulations. Oversee manpower, materials, and equipment on site to maintain workflow efficiency. Conduct daily inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and adherence to plans. Resolve on-site technical issues promptly and report critical matters to the project team. Maintain site documentation, reports, and attendance records.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in interior fit-out or construction projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of civil and interior works, materials, and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

Site Supervisor in the UAE construction or fit-out industry: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
