Civil Site Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Site Foreman to join our team and oversee day-to-day construction activities on our Warehouse/ Industrial projects. This role plays a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications.
Supervise and direct a crew of construction workers, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
Ensure a safe work environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
Maintain accurate and complete daily logs and reports on project progress, labor hours, and material usage.
Identify and resolve any construction problems or delays promptly.
Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and engineers.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
