The

Site Supervisor

is responsible for overseeing daily site activities related to interior fit-out works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per design specifications and project schedules. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team to ensure smooth execution on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management & Supervision

Supervise all site activities for interior fit-out works including civil, carpentry, ceiling, partition, flooring, MEP coordination, and finishes. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Monitor progress of work and report daily to the Project Manager. Coordinate with design and engineering teams for resolving technical/site issues.

2. Quality Assurance

Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship. Ensure materials used meet project specifications and are approved before installation. Address and rectify any defects or non-conformities.

3. Health & Safety

Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow safety practices.

4. Coordination

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, and manpower planning. Maintain communication with clients or their representatives for site updates.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain site reports including daily progress reports, inspection requests, and material delivery records. Support project planning and scheduling with accurate on-site data. Record any variations and report to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management (preferred). Minimum

5-8 years

of experience in

interior fit-out projects

, preferably in commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors. Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery, and finishing techniques. Proven experience in supervising multiple subcontractors and managing manpower on site.
