Job Description

With direction from the Project manager

1. Coordinate with clients, address questions, provide updates, and resolve any issues that may arise during project execution

2. Doing inspection to new enquiry submitting inspection reports to office /PM

Knowledge of market prices of building materials, capable of preparing small value quote and submitting to customer.

3. Prepare and review renovation 2D drawings renovation/Fit out work interior drawings and specifications, ensuring every detail obtained before commencing the work with the client approval

4. Daily Allot required manpower and materials based on site requirement schedule work activities with ground staff, and sub con workers to ensure a smooth workflow

5. Supervise and guide ground staff, including assigning Civil/electrical/plumbing /carpentry activities, providing suitable training, and resolving any site issues related to technical and materials related.

6. Regular site inspections to assess progress, ensure quality standards are met, and identify potential issues or risks.

7. Preparing project schedule report to project managers to update project schedules, including identifying and addressing any delays due to any reason.

8. Maintain accurate and detailed daily activities, including daily reports, daily progress photos, and all daily material deliveries to site, ensure work progress as per schedule.

9. Supervise and enforce adherence to safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all workers at site.

REQUIREMENT

Qualification - Must be completed Diploma in civil engineering /Degree Engineering graduate - min 3 years course.

Experience - Min 3 years in Renovation/Fitout project UAE

Must have - UAE Driving licence.

Prefer - Visit visa/ Joining Immediately
