Job Description
The
Civil Supervisor
will oversee civil execution activities on-site and ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and safety standards. The ideal candidate must have experience handling day-to-day supervision of structural and finishing works in high-rise construction.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all civil work including excavation, formwork, concreting, and finishing. Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and material deliveries. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines. Identify and resolve site-level issues in coordination with site engineers. Maintain daily site progress reports and provide updates to the engineering team. Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with HSE norms.
Requirements
+ Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. + 5-7 years of UAE experience in similar roles.
+ Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
+ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
