About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves supervising teams, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute civil works according to approved drawings (structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing). Manage daily site operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Review project plans and monitor compliance with building codes, health, safety, and environmental regulations. Prepare progress reports, maintain site documentation, and conduct quality control checks. Lead and motivate on-site construction teams. Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Valid UAE Driving License. Dubai Municipality (DM) approval as a Civil Engineer. Membership with the Society of Engineers - UAE (SOE) is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering and construction supervision. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proficient in project management tools and software. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
