Job Summary:

Mach Infra Contracting LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site activities for building construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, proven supervisory skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with workers, engineers, and management to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Allocate and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project timelines. Ensure compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, and company policies. Communicate effectively with site engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams. Monitor work progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and highlight site issues to management. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site. Assist in resolving technical problems and provide guidance to workers. Support planning of manpower requirements and cost control for site activities.
Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 4 years experience as a Construction Supervisor in building construction. Strong technical knowledge of civil works, construction methods, and site execution. Good command of English (mandatory). Knowledge of Hindi is required to communicate with site workforce. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage manpower and deliver results within deadlines.
