Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality, and implement measures to address any issues or delays.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify and address safety hazards, quality issues, and compliance with standards.
Provide guidance and direction to construction crew members, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, materials used, and manpower.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and resolve issues.
Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.
Assist in the implementation of construction plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor project costs and expenses.

Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or similar role in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Familiarity with construction software and tools for project management and scheduling.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
