We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with a strong background in maintenance and fitout jobs to join our team. Position Overview:As a Civil Site Supervisor (Maintenance and Fitout) at Red Fort General Contracting LLC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating maintenance and fitout projects across various locations in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, to the highest quality standards, and in accordance with fitout design specifications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both maintenance and fitout projects, a valid UAE driving license, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and fitout activities at various project sites.
• Ensure that maintenance and fitout projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance and fitout teams and subcontractors.
• Schedule and manage the deployment of resources, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor and report on project progress, budget adherence, and quality control.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and update project plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment as needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in maintenance and fitout projects.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction, maintenance, and fitout practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills..
