Job Title: Supervisor cum Driver :

We are seeking a reliable and responsible

Supervisor cum Driver

to oversee daily site operations and ensure safe transportation of materials, staff, and equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong supervisory skills along with a valid UAE driving license and good knowledge of local routes.

Key Responsibilities:Supervision Duties:

Monitor and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow. Supervise workers, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed according to standards. Ensure compliance with safety rules, company policies, and site regulations. Assist in material management, including checking quantities and verifying deliveries. Prepare daily activity reports and update the management team. Inspect ongoing work and ensure quality control at site.

Driving Duties:

Drive company vehicles to transport workers, materials, and tools safely. Follow all traffic rules and ensure timely delivery of materials to site. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular servicing. Report any vehicle issues, damages, or required repairs immediately.

General Duties:

Coordinate between office, site staff, and suppliers for efficient workflow. Support logistics, loading/unloading, and site arrangements when required. Handle urgent tasks or site requirements as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Supervisor/Driver in construction or facility management. Valid UAE driving license (Manual/Light Vehicle as required). Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Basic knowledge of site operations and materials.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Experience in manpower supervision. Knowledge of basic repair/maintenance of tools or vehicles. Familiarity with safety procedures (HSE).
