Job Description
Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory) Proven hands-on experience supervising civil construction sites Experience in the swimming pool industry is an added advantage Strong coordination skills Must be able to speak Hindi
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedules Coordinate and manage site manpower and material requirements Ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope, and with required quality standards Prepare and submit daily work reports to the Project Manager Monitor work progress and report any issues, delays, or requirements promptly Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams as required Maintain proper records of site activities, materials, and manpower
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and people-management skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Good communication and reporting skills Attention to detail and quality control
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
