We are seeking experienced Civil Site Supervisors to oversee day-to-day site operations for G+1 villa projects. The ideal candidates should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site activities in line with project drawings and specifications. Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. Monitor progress and ensure work quality meets project standards. Prepare daily site reports and update project management. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and site safety regulations. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). 2-3 years of UAE experience in G+1 villa or similar residential projects. Strong understanding of structural, finishing, and MEP coordination. Good communication and leadership skills. UAE driving license (preferred).
