We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Site Supervisor
to oversee daily construction site operations, coordinate manpower, and ensure work progresses according to project timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site activities on a daily basis Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with safety rules, QA/QC standards, and project specifications Monitor progress, prepare daily reports, and highlight site issues Verify materials, check drawings, and support site planning Maintain discipline, productivity, and housekeeping at site
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision (UAE/GCC experience preferred) Strong knowledge of civil construction works Ability to read drawings and manage teams effectively Good communication and leadership skills Candidates
must be available in UAE
