Job Description

Job Purpose:

To oversee daily site activities and ensure that all civil construction works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The Site Supervisor is responsible for maintaining quality, progress, and safety at the site and coordinating between the site team and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all on-site civil works, including structural, finishing, and related activities. Ensure that construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Plan and organize manpower, materials, and equipment requirements for daily site activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of work. Check and verify levels, alignments, and dimensions before and after execution. Monitor work progress against schedule and report daily progress to the Project Engineer/Manager. Ensure implementation of safety measures and compliance with company HSE policies. Inspect and ensure the quality of materials and workmanship as per project standards. Identify and resolve any technical or site-related issues in coordination with the project team. Prepare daily site reports, work records, and material usage logs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil site supervision (construction/building projects). Strong knowledge of construction drawings, methods, and materials. Ability to manage manpower and coordinate multiple activities on site. Good communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
