Job Description

We are recruiting a Civil Supervisor for a Civil Construction Project based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for managing and supervising all civil construction activities at the project site to ensure timely, safe, and quality execution of works. The role involves close coordination with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers to meet project objectives, schedules, and quality standards.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supervise daily civil and structural works such as excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, etc.).

2. Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.

3. Monitor and control manpower, materials, and equipment utilization on site.

4. Check and verify levels, alignments, and dimensions before execution and during progress.

5. Plan daily and weekly work activities in coordination with Project/Site Engineer.

6. Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment required for daily site activities.

7. Support in preparing work schedules, progress reports, and site productivity records.

8. Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with project QA/QC requirements.

9. Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and procedures on site.
