Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and approved materials / shop drawings. Responsible for overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site. Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractors. Ensure safety compliance and maintain site records. Coordinate with project managers and engineers. Inspect work quality and resolve on-site issues. Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements. Monitoring and interpreting the design and drawings supplied by the client.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum of 5 + years experience in Structural works, Enabling / Piling Works (Basements and High-rise buildings) and Civil Inspections Good understanding of civil engineering principles and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Has ability to multitask and work well under pressure Strong leadership and organizational skills. Good communication skills Knowledge of construction drawings and safety regulations.
