Civil Site Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise and manage civil construction activities at the project site.
Ensure that all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors, site workers, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of resources.
Monitor daily construction operations and report progress to the Site/Project Manager.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain proper documentation of site activities including daily progress reports, material usage, and labor deployment.
Assist in planning and scheduling work sequences to optimize productivity.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site.
Resolve technical issues, monitor work progress, and make necessary adjustments to avoid delays.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and inspectors when needed.
