Job Description
We are hiring Site Inspector for a leading real estate development company abased in Dubai.
Role:
Responsible for overseeing home services--Villa painting, window cleaning, door varnishing, FCU servicing, plumbing, and pest control ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor home service activities across villas and apartments. Ensure services follow agreed schedules and company standards. Coordinate with internal teams and service providers. Maintain reports, records, and provide updates to management. Ensure quality completion of both external services and internal services.

equirements:
Engineering Diploma or ITI Certificate with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance. Proficient in MS Office and process tracking software. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
