Civil Site Engineer/site Supervisor

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site activities for interior fitout works including partitions, false ceilings, flooring, doors, glazing, and joinery. Ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and approved materials. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution of works. Monitor work quality, safety standards, and workmanship at the site. Review and verify shop drawings, material submittals, and samples. Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and as-built documentation. Identify and resolve site issues, conflicts, and discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensure proper installation of MEP interfaces with interior elements. Assist in cost control, resource allocation, and time scheduling. Conduct inspections, tests, and quality checks on materials and installed works.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fitout project execution. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Driving license
Key Competencies:
Attention to detail and quality orientation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate teams effectively. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards. Understanding of project scheduling and cost management.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
