Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified

Civil Site Engineer + Safety Officer

to oversee site operations, ensure project quality, and maintain strict safety compliance. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day Project activities while implementing safety standards to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities: Civil Site Engineering Duties:

Supervise and manage all on-site Project activities. Ensure work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports. Monitor project timelines and ensure completion within schedule. Inspect materials, workmanship, and site conditions for quality control. Resolve site issues and communicate technical requirements to workers.

Safety Officer Duties:

Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on site. Conduct routine safety inspections and hazard assessments. Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices. Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare reports. Deliver toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessions. Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and compliance records. Coordinate emergency preparedness and response procedures. Preparing safety related documents

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent) preferred. 1-2 years of relevant site experience. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
