We are urgently seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to lead the execution of large-scale hospital and healthcare construction projects
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per the approved drawings and specifications.
Supervise structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works of the high-rise building.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants for smooth workflow.
Ensure materials used and workmanship meet the required quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and report non-conformities to the QA/QC team.
Check alignment, levels, and elevations as per design.
Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling tasks to meet project deadlines.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material supply.
Attend daily/weekly progress meetings and update project status.
Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Safety Officer and ensure corrective action is taken.
Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material consumption.
Update drawings and as-built documentation in coordination with the design team.
Prepare reports for senior management on project progress and site issues
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience managing hospital and healthcare facility projects - mandatory (Min 10 years' experience)
Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP works
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
