About the Role

We are looking for a motivated

Site Engineer (Interior Fit-Out - Civil Works)

who has basic experience from their home country and is ready to start their career in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have solid understanding of interior civil works, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and materials used in fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

site supervision

and

daily work monitoring

for interior fit-out projects. Perform

quantity take-offs

for materials and labour. Prepare and update

BOQ, material lists, and cost estimates

. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team for smooth workflow. Review drawings and ensure work is executed as per standards. Monitor material usage and report shortages or discrepancies. Support the Project Engineer/Manager with documentation and site reports. Ensure safety compliance and maintain site cleanliness standards.

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field.

1-3 years of experience

in interior fit-out / civil works in home country. Basic knowledge of

materials

,

construction methods

, and interior works. Ability to read and understand

technical drawings

. Good skills in

quantity take-off

and

BOQ preparation

. Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Available to join

immediately

or on short notice.
