Civil Site Engineer
Job Title: Civil Site Engineer
Experience: 2+ years in the UAE construction industry (or 4+ years in home country)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct the construction team, including foremen and laborers, on-site.
• Read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Manage and monitor site labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct site surveys and set out the site for construction.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly reports for the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Inspect the quality of work and materials to ensure they meet project specifications and standards.
• Resolve any technical issues or discrepancies that arise on site.
• Assist in the preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
• Check and verify measurements and quantities for accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry within the UAE. Candidates with extensive home country experience must have a minimum of 4 years.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant engineering software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must be able to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
