Al Marwan Group is looking for an experienced
Civil Site Engineer
with a solid background in
building construction projects
to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have
10+ years of site-based experience
and hold a degree in
Civil Engineering
.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project timelines.
Review and interpret technical drawings, structural plans, and BOQs.
Monitor progress and prepare regular site reports.
Ensure safety compliance and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
.
Minimum
10 years
of experience in
building construction projects
in the UAE or GCC.
Strong understanding of local construction codes, site execution, and project documentation.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction-related software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
