About Us:

Plotter Creation Group is a reputed maintenance and contracting company in the UAE, specializing in civil construction, renovation, and interior fit-out projects. We deliver high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective solutions to our clients and are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team.

Position Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE as a Civil Site Engineer. Proven experience in fit-out and finishing projects (villas, offices, retail, or commercial spaces). Strong knowledge of civil, architectural, and interior finishes. Familiar with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and safety standards. Excellent skills in coordination, supervision, and site execution. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. UAE Driving License preferred.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all civil and fit-out works on site according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for technical approvals and inspections. Manage manpower, materials, and site logistics efficiently. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and authority requirements. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain proper site documentation. Handle fit-out works such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery installation, painting, and MEP coordination. Monitor finishing details to ensure high-quality workmanship and on-time delivery. Identify and resolve any design or technical issues during construction. Support project handover activities, ensuring all snags and finishes are completed to client satisfaction.
