Job Summary: Looking for a Civil Quantity Surveyor in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field
At least 5+ years of experience working as a civil quantity surveyor or similar position
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials as well as cost management principles
Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools
Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
Strong understanding of contract administration and legal frameworks related to construction projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
High ethical standards and a commitment to upholding professional integrity
Good communication and negotiation abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
