Civil Quality Control (QC) Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated

Civil Quality Control (QC) Engineer

with at least

5 years of relevant experience

to join our growing team. As a QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the specified quality standards and comply with local and international regulations. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to conduct inspections, tests, and document findings.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor quality control procedures for civil engineering projects Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and drawings. Prepare and maintain comprehensive inspection and test reports (ITRs). Monitor construction activities to ensure they adhere to safety and quality standards. Identify and resolve any quality-related issues, defects, or deviations from specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle. Perform site inspections and provide guidance on corrective actions when necessary. Maintain proper documentation of quality control activities and testing results. Review and ensure proper implementation of project specifications, testing plans, and method statements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Civil Engineering or related field.

5 years of relevant experience

in quality control engineering within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of

quality assurance (QA)

and

quality control (QC)

processes. Familiarity with civil engineering materials and testing procedures. Proficient in using quality control software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
